Processing Time

As all products are handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or for custom orders.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

-Domestic orders: 2–7 business days

-International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond my control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (when available).

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to protect delicate handmade items during transit. I take extra care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.

Incorrect Address Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please use the tracking information provided or contact the shipping carrier directly.
